For a long time building maintenance has been seen as a poor relation within the building industry that has mainly concentrated on new build and refurbishment of existing properties.

Traditionally building maintenance has been carried out by local jobbing builders or handyperson, however problems have arisen in that companies and people with the responsibility for the upkeep of buildings have not been happy with the either the level of service that they have received from the local jobbing builders or handypersons or the final repair. Similarly the local builder is not proficiently skilled enough to carry out this type of repair without overly disturbing the normal day to day running of a building.

We take care to carry out repairs with the minimum amount of disruption to the current use of the building and can react quickly to calls from our clients for repairs as either a React-to-Call maintenance package or as part of a planned maintenance package.
