Managers should ensure that

policy is displayed in all departments, sites and
Site packs and is available to all employees and potential
employees.
- All new employees are given a copy of the CASA build
Ltds' Statement on Equal Opportunities as part of
their induction package.
- Employment decisions are based on personal merit
and not on assumptions or generalisations about particular
groups or categories of individuals.

Employees
All employees have a role to play in adhering to the
CASA build Ltds' Equal Opportunities Policy.
Any employee who believes that he/she may have been
the subject of unfair or unlawful discrimination, racial
or sexual abuse or harassment should raise his/her concern
to CASA build Ltds' management/Directors and request
that an investigation if started into allegation.
